Journey - Great Show - Seating not so much

As usual, Journey put on a great show and goes along with Toto also!!! Had issues with my disabled seating. I called Capital One Arena ticket office last year before purchasing tickets to see if the disabled area in Section 214 was wheelchair accessible. They told me it was. When I arrived, I was surprised to find that it was not. Usher told me to go to customer relations who informed me that they could only help moving to another area for two of our four tickets. Ended up going up to the Sec. 214 and crawed to my seats. I will say that the Supervisor was there if I needed assistance. I did appreciate that. I just wish we would have known what we were up against ahead of time.
